CoastalMister™ Systems

   Each CoastalMister™ system consists of a poly drum reservoir, on the top of which is mounted a pump, electric motor and control panel. Through nylon tubing and precision nozzles, a fine mist of exactly measured insecticide or repellent is delivered on demand or at predetermined times and durations to create a “protection zone” defense against mosquitoes and other outdoor pests.

                                                     System Components

 

The CoastalMister™ master units are offered in 30 and 55 gallon drum capacities, each with a hand held remote control to allow operation at the exact time needed.

                                                           Control Panels

There are two models available and both are constructed using outdoor rated enclosure boxes.

On Demand

Mists manually by pressing a button at the unit or by remote control.

Digital 2

Duplicates the functions of the "on Demand", but adds the capability of pre-set mist times. Optional agitation feature allows the use of time-release insecticides and repellents requiring periodic agitation.

             Tubing, Nozzles, & Risers

Tubing

Quarter inch nylon tubing connects each master unit with precision nozzles used to deliver the exact amount of insecticide or repellent.

Nozzles

The CoastalMister™ uses anti-drip nozzles constructed of nickel silver and nickel plated brass. Each nozzle has positive shut-off at the tip and delivers a precisely measured atomized spray.

Fittings

Fittings are nickel plated brass and feature push connect tube grips.

Risers

Stationery risers are constructed of copper tubing and allow for misting to be directed straight up or at a 45° angle.

                     Additional Items

Remote Control

Each CoastalMister features remote control capability for activation at times of increased activity. Features of the Digital 2 remote control include being able to turn the system On and Off, as well as mist remotely.

Agitation Feature

When added to the Digital 2 model as an upgrade option, Coastal's patent pending agitation feature opens the door to a wide spectrum of time-released formulations. Many of these insecticide and repellants require less frequent delivery - thus less product usage and significant operational savings.

             Vinyl Cover

Coastal's seamless vinyl cover protects the master unit from the weather.
